Dave (デイブ Deibu?) was the host of EI-14. Voiced by Naoki Makishima.
Dave is an army boy, although fat and playing war games all day. Because picked on by his comrade for his weight and being told he won't amount to anything in the military, he wants a war to happen so he can become Shogun. From outside the plane, Pizza hears him and grants his request.
