Tohru Nozaki (野崎 通 Nozaki Tooru?) is the head scientist at the Isolde Supercollider in Hokkaido, a Japanese LHC. He greats professor Leo Shishioh and Swan White, boasting about his achievements at the research facility. As time passes, it is obvious he is possessed by a Zonder, imprisons the two, talks to the chief Zonderian and assures him the zonder metal plant will go as planned with his almost infinite power source. The Zonderian calls him a "weak-willed human".
He later worked at GGG Orbit Base.
It is uncertain who transformed him into EI-12, since all the zonderians were there and none take responsibility.
